I decided to get some of the leaves off the surface before more blew in. So Katie and I went out in the dark to take care of this. She did a great job.

Grey Heron visits our pond

This heron is the first heron I have seen in 6 years in my pond. We will do everything we can to keep it away. Watch at the beginning of the clip, you can see his shadow as he flies in. Then watch as he walks in from the left side along the edge of the pond.
