A tricky but funy Vista to reach. Head Southeast from the tower to the Cow Launcher, take part in the Event (lots of waiting or lots of luck getting the Event.). Wait for the guy to stop talking then "use" the cow launcher.

You can find this Event near the top of Wayfarer's Hills. A level 18 Event. Notice that for the end Boss I switch from Fire to Ice, Ice Attunement gives 2 Healing Skills.
